ADQUISITION OF KEY COMPETENCIES THROUGH IMPROVING DIGITALIZATION IN ADULTS EDUCATION.

Abstract

Since June 2024, USIE is leading a European project in the framework of the Erasmus + programme KA 2024-1-ES01-KA122-ADU-000239717 entitled ‘Acquisition of key competences through improved digitisation in adult education’, which is scheduled to end in November 2025. The main objective is to identify and analyse, at European level, good practices in the acquisition of key competences in a segment of the population with particular characteristics (work obligations, little free time, care of dependents, etc.), for whom digital tools represent a key resource that facilitates learning. Within this project, job shadowing has been carried out at two educational centers in the town of Nafpaktos in Greece.
