Abstract
Starting from the transfers to the different Autonomous Communities in the matter of education, this article focuses on comparing the Action Plans of the 17 Autonomous Communities, focusing the comparative study on aspects such as: the objectives set for each Community, the period of validity of said Plan, whether it is made public or not, its regulatory range, the person who signs it, whether or not they include training activities and the Actions. In relation to the actions, a comparison is made first of the taxonomy of the same in the different plans and secondly of the difference of actions of some Autonomous Communities to others. Finally, the most innovative and innovative Actions contemplated in the Action Plans previously compared are reflected.
