Abstract
Vocational Training in the Basque Country has undergone a radical change in terms of the application of new learning methodologies in recent years, establishing the collaborative methodology based on challenges as the main model. To this end, we have had, on the one hand, the explicit support of the VT Vice-Ministry, which has supported the implementation of the aforementioned model with training and resources, and on the other hand, with the support of Tknika, a center for applied innovation in Vocational Training, which has trained teachers and piloted experiences and work proposals. To all this we must add the effort made by all the teaching staff to try to contextualize and adapt the model to the reality of each professional family and each center. However, although the model is clear, there are lot of difficulties, with the evaluation process probably being one of the elements that generates the most doubts and uncertainty among teachers.
